Topic: Traveling Case

Hello!  I was wondering if hardshell cases are made for traveling with bows.  Right now all I have is a soft case, but when I leave Korea I want to ensure that my bow is safe.  Any suggestions?  Thank you in advance!

Re: Traveling Case

I am using a golf bag, hardenned. It makes 48 inches, just the right size bfor the bows and a few arrows and accessories. In France oversize luggages are paying extra charges, but not golf bags, not yet...

Re: Traveling Case

I just flew home from Korea to the UK, and posted my bows home.  I used a hard plastic rifle case and it worked brilliantly! The bows were very secure inside (held steady by a foam inlay) and then the whole case was wrapped in bubble wrap - but to be honest I wouldn't have bothered with the bubble wrap if I was carrying it on the plane (or putting it through as luggage!).

Maybe with the new TSA rule, you can even take it in the plane's cabin with you.
