Topic: Low back pains.

Hello guys.

I was wondering what is your opinion on the subject of archery vs back pains and more specifically lower back pains.
I have both a nerve between two spine bones and often injured muscles etc (I need to do an MRI). I don't hurt much and not very often so I haven't got to check it properly YET. Planning to do it this year tho.

I can't say I have noticed any dramatic change with archery neither helps nor the opposite. Or maybe if I didn't do archery I might have been worse...

PS. Amongst other kinds of work I do, wedding videography and water packs lifting are the worst for my back.

Thumbs up

I would guess that archery doesn't put any more strain on the lower back than just standing, except maybe if you do the Korean stance where you twist at the waist
