The lighter arrow may produce more initial KE(Kinetic Energy) in your case but its deceiving, there is this thing called momentum and the heavier arrow will carry it's KE(Kinetic Energy) out to longer distances.

According to recent research, water and green tea is the best way to lose your weight. I took 8 to 12 glasses of water gradually and 2 to 3 times cup of tea in a day. And now i feel much difference in my weight

Swimming is the best cardio / calorie burning exercise out there and there is little to no impact on joints. I've been a swimmer my whole life and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to shape up
