Topic: Asking for help on drawing heavy bows

Greetings,

My name is Jay Jung Lee, and I'm a South Korean student attending university in Seoul.
I've been practicing traditional Korean archery since this August, and is now shooting Hyunmu #48 / 65-65.

Ever since I started learning traditional archery I was also hoping to draw bows weighing #100+,
due to my growing interest in traditional 'warbows' after inspired by British Studies on the topic.

However, as practicing for drawing very heavy bows(#100+) isn't quite a common sight in South Korea
I wonder if I can earn some tips on related training including repetition of bow-drawing or other exercises.
Any feedback is welcome.

Thumbs up
