Hi all.

I got a Kaya KTB (50#) a couple Christmases ago but due to injury I haven't been able to practice until recently.

I'm in my late 40's with young kids so time is always at a premium so I practice about once a week, sometimes less.

I'm a traditionalist and a minimalist at heart (my Dad is Korean), so It's natural that I would gravitate to the minimalist KTB, which I adore.

I'm excited to learn from everyone, thanks in advance!
