hello
my windfighter eats my streing
first one done after 3 weeks.

it ripped apart on a tourmant after the last shot of the day, at one of the string ends

my dealer send me a new one, custom made, since he thought the original string hast problems with my 70#

now i wanted to mount the string, and saw that the leather ends, where the string is placed, is also eaten up on both ends.

should that be normal?

kind reguards

Hello,
have seen one few years ago.
And no i have a Korean Style bow, i had to try it.
So i Split a big bambo in half and attaches a loop, but, see for your self:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5wT14YA … AAAAAAAAAA

Made this all my self just free out of my brain.
if someone has a historical korrect how to , your more than welcome to post it here

i think i qill use a smaller bambo to minimise string friction and size

i use zwickey 2 blade broadheads
would love to use the german silver flames
but they are just to expensive for me

accuracy is okay in my eyes, could be better, sure, but im still in the learning phase, so im happy with hitting 80% of my 3d targets so far

i group worse compared to my recurve, but i cant aim with the thumb style, so that is all just feeling, no system

yes and no
we do have here more than enough,
but hunting law in germany is way different
you need a hunting license that runs around 4000 us dollars (and 6 month + learning) and then ur just allowed to hunt, but can't on public land,
you either need to rent a place to hunt (>10000 usd a year) or get invited to someones hunt,
bow hunting is forbidden, catrige rifles only

500grain arrow, 32,5" ted nugend + topghat insert + zwickey 135grain 2 blade

206fps = 47.13 ft/lbs energy

should be okay?
